What we delete

We delete the personal data associated with your FlashDroid account and linked child profiles, subject to any legal or compliance retention requirements. This can include:

  • Your parent account
  • Linked child profiles
  • Location records
  • Screen-time and app-usage records
  • Notification metadata
  • Account settings
  • Stored captures, where applicable

Some records may need to remain

We may retain limited information where required by law, or where necessary to keep evidence that your deletion request was received and completed.

Some backup copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten through our normal backup lifecycle.

Need to remove only one child?

If you only want to remove one child rather than close your whole account, use the child-removal option in the FlashDroid app, or write to us and we will help.
