Terms of Service
Effective date: September 14, 2026. Last updated: October 9, 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZYNATY TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the name FlashDroid (“FlashDroid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of the FlashDroid applications, website, parental-control services, installation services, subscription services, and related products and services collectively referred to as the “Services.”
FlashDroid provides parental-control and family-safety functionality that may include screen-time controls, application restrictions, website filtering, device activity information, notifications, location services, camera access, screen viewing, live audio functionality, photographs, screenshots, scheduled photographs or screenshots, alerts, and other parental-control features.
Please read these Terms carefully before using FlashDroid.
By creating an account, purchasing or activating a subscription, installing or connecting FlashDroid to a device, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge the FlashDroid Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Additional terms may apply to particular features, promotions, subscriptions, or services. Where such additional terms are presented to you, they form part of your agreement with FlashDroid.

- 3. you are legally permitted to use the Services;
- 4. you have lawful parental, guardianship, or equivalent legal authority over any minor child whose device you connect to FlashDroid; and
- 5. the information you provide to FlashDroid is materially accurate.
You must not create or operate a parent account on behalf of another person without lawful authority.
Where a minor accesses any part of the Services, the applicable parent or legal guardian is responsible for the minor’s use of the Services to the extent permitted by law.

4. Personal and Non-Commercial Use
Unless FlashDroid expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the Services are provided for personal, family, and non-commercial use.
You must not resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services, provide parental-control or supervision services to third parties, use the Services to surveil any adult, or otherwise use the consumer Services for commercial surveillance or commercial device-management purposes.
If FlashDroid later offers a separate business, school, institutional, or enterprise service, additional terms may apply to that service.
5. Parental or Guardianship Authority
By connecting a Child Device to FlashDroid, you represent and warrant that:
- 1. you are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise have lawful authority to supervise the minor child;
- 2. you are legally entitled to install and use parental-control software on the applicable device;
- 3. you are legally entitled to make the parental-control and supervision decisions associated with your use of FlashDroid;
- 4. your use of FlashDroid complies with applicable law; and
- 5. you will not falsely represent your relationship with or authority over another person.
The fact that a person possesses or can access a device does not by itself establish lawful authority to supervise the person using that device.
6. Prohibition on Unauthorized Surveillance
FlashDroid is a parental-control service.
It is not intended or licensed as a general-purpose surveillance service.
You must not use FlashDroid to unlawfully watch, record, locate, read or collect information about another person, including their messages, notifications, app activity, location, camera, microphone or screen. This applies to any person, including:

You must not use FlashDroid for stalking, coercive control, harassment, intimidation, unlawful surveillance, or any similar purpose.
7. Responsibility for Compliance With Applicable Law
Privacy, surveillance, recording, interception, communications, and data-protection laws differ between countries and jurisdictions.
Applicable laws may regulate or restrict:
- camera use;
- video recording;
- photography;
- microphone use;
- audio recording;
- interception of communications;
- viewing or recording another person's screen;
- collecting or sharing another person's location;
- collection of child information;
- access to electronic communications;
- collection of information relating to third parties; and
- disclosure of information collected through FlashDroid.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of any FlashDroid feature is lawful.
FlashDroid provides technical parental-control functionality. FlashDroid does not grant you legal authority to engage in conduct that would otherwise be unlawful.
8. Child Awareness, Authorization and Permissions
Certain FlashDroid functionality may require authorization, permissions, setup, or configuration before it becomes available.
FlashDroid may provide notices or controls relating to parental supervision and family safety features.
You agree not to:
- bypass authorization controls;
- circumvent permission requirements;
- interfere with notices required by FlashDroid or applicable law;
- misrepresent your authority; or
- attempt to use the Services in a manner intended to defeat applicable privacy or safety requirements.
9. Camera Functionality
Where supported and enabled, FlashDroid may allow an authorized parent or guardian to use camera-related functionality on a connected Child Device.
Such functionality may include:
- live camera viewing;
- photographs; and
- related visual information.
Camera functionality may incidentally capture persons other than the child.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of camera functionality is lawful.
You must not use FlashDroid camera functionality for:
- voyeurism;
- harassment;
- stalking;
- sexual exploitation;
- blackmail;
- intimidation;
- unlawful surveillance; or
- any illegal or abusive purpose.
10. Microphone and Audio Functionality
Where supported and enabled, FlashDroid may allow an authorized parent or guardian to access audio from a connected Child Device.
This may include live audio where applicable.
FlashDroid’s current live-audio functionality is intended for real-time use and is not stored by FlashDroid as an audio recording.
Audio functionality may incidentally capture conversations or sounds involving persons other than the child.
Laws governing audio listening, interception, and recording can vary significantly by jurisdiction.
You are responsible for obtaining any authorization or consent required by applicable law.
You must not knowingly use FlashDroid to unlawfully intercept, record, or disclose private or legally protected communications.
11. Screen Viewing
Where supported and enabled, FlashDroid may allow an authorized parent or guardian to view information displayed on a connected Child Device.
The Child Device screen may display information originating from:
- applications;
- websites;
- messaging services;
- games;
- social-media services;
- educational services;
- system interfaces; and
- other third-party services.
FlashDroid does not own or control third-party information merely because it appears on a connected device.
You are responsible for using screen-viewing functionality proportionately, responsibly, and lawfully.
12. Photographs and Screenshots
Where supported, FlashDroid may allow an authorized parent or guardian to create, access, or review:
- photographs;
- screenshots; and
- related supported image captures.
Such materials may contain private or sensitive information.
You are responsible for:
- requesting such captures lawfully;
- protecting information accessed through FlashDroid;
- preventing unauthorized access;

- ensuring that any information downloaded, exported, or shared outside FlashDroid is handled lawfully.
FlashDroid’s current live camera, live screen, and live audio functionality is intended for real-time viewing or listening and is not stored by FlashDroid as a continuous live recording.
If FlashDroid introduces additional stored-capture functionality in the future, additional terms or notices may apply where required.
13. Scheduled Functionality
FlashDroid may allow an authorized parent or guardian to schedule supported photographs or screenshots for a later time.
A scheduled action may occur without the parent actively using the parent application at the exact moment the action occurs.
You agree to use scheduled functionality only:
- for legitimate parental-control or family-safety purposes;
- where you have lawful authority;
- in a manner proportionate to the circumstances; and
- in accordance with applicable law.
You must not use scheduled functionality for excessive, abusive, unlawful, or unrelated surveillance.
14. Location Services
Where enabled, FlashDroid may provide location-related functionality, which may include:
- current or last-known location;
- location history;
- safe places or geofences;
- arrival or departure information;
- location alerts; and
- related location information.
Location information may sometimes be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Location functionality may be affected by device conditions, connectivity, operating-system behavior, user settings, permissions, environmental conditions, or other circumstances outside FlashDroid’s control.
FlashDroid is not an emergency-location, rescue, law-enforcement, or emergency-dispatch service.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, you should contact the appropriate emergency services.
15. Website and Internet Controls
FlashDroid may provide functionality intended to help parents restrict access to certain websites or categories of online content.
No filtering service can identify, classify, or block every harmful or inappropriate website or item of content.
FlashDroid does not guarantee that:
- every harmful website will be identified;
- every inappropriate website will be restricted;
- every website will be classified correctly;
- every item of content inside a third-party service will be visible to FlashDroid; or
- website filtering will operate without interruption.
Parents should not rely upon website filtering as a substitute for appropriate parental supervision and communication.
16. Application and Screen-Time Controls
FlashDroid may provide functionality allowing parents to:
- establish screen-time limits;
- restrict individual applications;
- block applications;
- permit selected applications;
- configure device-use rules;
- approve additional time;
- manage time requests;
- configure bedtime restrictions;
- review application usage; and
- use other available parental-control functions.
Parental controls may be affected by device conditions, operating-system changes, manufacturer behavior, permissions, connectivity, software updates, user actions, or other factors.
FlashDroid does not guarantee that any technical restriction will be impossible to bypass, disable, interrupt, or circumvent.
17. Notification Information
Where supported and enabled, FlashDroid may process or display certain notification information from the connected Child Device.
Notification information may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.
FlashDroid does not represent that notification information constitutes a complete record of messages or communications occurring through another application or service.
18. Installation and Official Sources
FlashDroid applications may be distributed through different official channels.
Certain FlashDroid software may be made available directly through an official FlashDroid installation process.
You should obtain FlashDroid software only from a source identified by FlashDroid as official.
FlashDroid may use reasonable measures designed to protect the integrity, authenticity, and security of its software and Services.
FlashDroid is not responsible for modified, counterfeit, unauthorized, malicious, or unofficial versions obtained from third parties.
19. External Platforms and App Stores
If you obtain, purchase, or use any part of the Services through an external platform, app store, marketplace, payment service, or device ecosystem, additional rules or terms imposed by that provider may apply.
You are responsible for complying with applicable third-party platform terms.
To the extent a third-party platform’s mandatory terms conflict with these Terms, the applicable mandatory platform terms will govern only with respect to your use of that platform.
20. Account Registration
You may be required to create an Account to use the Services.
You agree to provide materially accurate and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information where necessary for provision of the Services.
We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate Accounts containing materially false information or Accounts used in violation of these Terms.

- access another person’s Account without authorization.
FlashDroid may permit authorized family access through functionality specifically provided for that purpose.
22. Authorized Family Access
Where FlashDroid permits another authorized parent or family member to access a child profile, each such person must independently have lawful authority to access that child’s information.
You must not provide or enable access to a person who is not legally authorized to receive the information made available through FlashDroid.
Where individual Accounts are available, authorized family members should use their own Accounts rather than sharing credentials.
23. Sensitive Information
Information available through FlashDroid may be highly sensitive.
You agree to take reasonable precautions to protect information including:
- child location;
- photographs;
- screenshots;
- screen information;
- notifications;
- application activity; and
- other child-related information.
You must not unlawfully publish, disclose, sell, distribute, expose, or otherwise misuse information obtained through FlashDroid.
24. Network, Device and Other Charges
Use of the Services may require internet access, mobile data, Wi-Fi, telecommunications services, compatible devices, or other third-party services.
You are responsible for charges imposed by your internet provider, mobile carrier, device provider, payment provider, or other third parties in connection with your use of FlashDroid.
FlashDroid is not responsible for such third-party charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

- 10. to violate another person’s privacy rights;
- 11. to access another user’s Account or family without authorization;
- 12. for unauthorized access to, or use of, another person's device, account or data;
- 13. to unlawfully watch, record, locate, read or collect information about another person, including their messages, notifications, app activity, location, camera, microphone or screen;
- 14. to misrepresent parental or guardianship authority;
- 15. to circumvent authorization or Account restrictions;
- 16. to interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Services;
- 17. to introduce malicious software;
- 18. to gain unauthorized access to FlashDroid systems or information;
- 19. to impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Services;
- 20. to use automated means to access or extract information from the Services except where expressly authorized;
- 21. to scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users without authorization;
- 22. to resell unauthorized access;
- 23. to impersonate another person;
- 24. to circumvent payment, subscription, feature, or entitlement requirements;

- 27. to defeat measures intended to protect the Services or other users; or
- 28. for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.
26. Investigation and Suspension of Abuse
FlashDroid may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that an Account or the Services are being used for:
- unlawful surveillance;
- stalking;
- child exploitation;
- unauthorized access to, or use of, another person's device, account or data;
- harassment;
- fraud;
- Account compromise;
- security abuse;
- unlawful interception;
- material violation of these Terms; or
- other unlawful conduct.
Where permitted or required by law, we may preserve information or cooperate with competent authorities concerning suspected unlawful activity.
27. Subscriptions and Paid Services
Certain FlashDroid functionality may require payment.
Applicable purchase information may include:
- price;
- billing period;
- subscription duration;
- included features;
- number of supported children;
- applicable usage allowances;
- trial conditions;

- other material purchase conditions.
The purchase information displayed to you at the time of purchase forms part of your agreement with FlashDroid.
Prices and available plans may differ by country, currency, platform, payment channel, taxation, promotional offer, or subscription period.
28. Feature or Usage Allowances
Certain subscriptions may include usage limits or allowances for selected FlashDroid features.
Where applicable, FlashDroid may display:
- applicable usage;
- remaining allowance;
- renewal of allowance;
- availability of additional usage; and
- other related information.
A feature may be restricted or unavailable once the applicable allowance has been exhausted.
Applicable limits will be presented through the Services or at the point of purchase where required.
29. Trials and Promotional Offers
FlashDroid may offer free trials, introductory pricing, promotional access, discounts, or other offers.
Eligibility, duration, included functionality, applicable limits, renewal terms, and other conditions may vary.
The conditions presented with an offer govern that offer.
FlashDroid may restrict repeated, fraudulent, or abusive use of promotional offers.
30. Automatic Renewal
Where you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, it may renew for successive billing periods unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable purchase terms.
The purchase platform or payment provider may control certain aspects of:
- billing;
- renewal;
- cancellation;
- payment methods; and
- refunds.
You are responsible for reviewing the renewal conditions presented at purchase.
Where required by law, FlashDroid or the applicable payment provider will provide any required renewal notice.
31. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription using the cancellation mechanism applicable to the channel through which you purchased it.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by law, cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily terminate access during an already-paid subscription period.
32. Refunds
Refund availability may depend on:
- applicable consumer law;
- the purchase channel;
- the payment provider;
- the platform through which the purchase was made; and
- the circumstances of the request.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a mandatory statutory refund right that cannot legally be waived.
33. Taxes
Applicable prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your jurisdiction and method of purchase.
Taxes may be collected where required by applicable law.
You remain responsible for taxes or government charges that applicable law places on you and that are not collected by FlashDroid or the applicable payment provider.
34. Changes to Plans, Pricing and Features
FlashDroid may modify available:
- subscription plans;
- pricing;
- usage allowances;
- features;
- promotional offers; and
- commercial terms.
Changes will not affect mandatory consumer rights.
Where required by law, appropriate notice will be provided before a material change affects an existing paid subscription.
35. Changes to the Services
FlashDroid may:
- introduce new functionality;
- modify existing functionality;
- remove functionality;
- discontinue functionality;
- impose reasonable limits;
- change eligibility requirements; or
- change availability.
Changes may result from product development, legal requirements, regulatory requirements, security considerations, operating-system changes, third-party changes, or business requirements.
FlashDroid does not guarantee that a particular feature will remain available permanently.
36. Supplemental Feature Terms
Certain new or specialized features may be subject to additional terms, disclosures, notices, or rules.
Where supplemental terms apply, FlashDroid will make them available in connection with the relevant feature.
If supplemental terms conflict with these Terms, the supplemental terms will govern solely with respect to the feature to which they apply, unless otherwise stated.
37. Software Updates
FlashDroid may release updates from time to time.
An update may be necessary for security, compatibility, reliability, legal compliance, or continued operation.
Older versions of the Services may cease to function or may no longer be supported.
38. Intellectual Property
FlashDroid and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services and associated intellectual property.
This includes rights relating to:
- applications;

- websites;
- trademarks;
- names;
- logos;
- designs;
- interfaces;
- text;
- graphics;
- databases;
- documentation; and
- other FlashDroid materials.
Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
39. Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FlashDroid grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to use the Services for lawful parental-control and family-safety purposes.
This right ends when your entitlement or right to use the Services ends.

Nothing in this section restricts rights that applicable law expressly prevents us from restricting.
41. Confidential and Proprietary Information
Your use of the Services does not give you any right to use or disclose FlashDroid’s non-public confidential, proprietary, or trade-secret information.
Nothing in these Terms requires FlashDroid to disclose non-public technical, operational, security, commercial, or proprietary information about the Services.
42. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations concerning FlashDroid, you permit us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that doing so does not grant us ownership of your private child information or other personal information.
43. Third-Party Services
FlashDroid may interact with or depend upon services operated by third parties.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability requirements, and restrictions.
FlashDroid is not responsible for independent changes, outages, failures, content, or actions of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
44. Privacy
FlashDroid’s processing of personal information is described in the FlashDroid Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.
By enabling functionality that requires processing of personal information, you acknowledge that such processing may be necessary to provide the Services you request.
45. Ownership of Child or User Content
FlashDroid does not claim ownership of private content merely because such content is processed through the Services.

- maintain the Services;
- secure the Services;
- enforce these Terms;
- prevent misuse;
- comply with applicable law; and
- perform the activities described in the Privacy Policy.
46. Responsibility for Downloaded or Exported Information

FlashDroid is not responsible for your subsequent unauthorized disclosure or misuse of information outside the Services.
47. Service Availability

Information provided through the Services should not be treated as a substitute for appropriate professional guidance.
51. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

52. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlashDroid and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from or relating to use of the Services.
This may include loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of business opportunity, or other indirect loss.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, FlashDroid’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will be limited to the greater of:
- 1. the amount you paid to FlashDroid for the Services during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

You may stop using FlashDroid at any time.
You may also request Account deletion through the applicable account-management or support process.
Removing an application from a device does not necessarily delete the associated FlashDroid Account or information held through the Services.
The designated deletion mechanism should be used where you wish to request Account and data deletion.
55. Suspension or Termination by FlashDroid
FlashDroid may suspend, restrict, or terminate an Account where reasonably necessary because:
- these Terms have been materially violated;
- unlawful surveillance, or unauthorized access to or use of another person's device, account or data, is suspected;
- the Account presents a security risk;
- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- payment obligations remain outstanding;
- legal requirements require action;
- the Services are being abused; or
- continued provision of the Services becomes unlawful or materially impracticable.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice.
56. Effect of Termination
When your right to use FlashDroid ends:
- your access to the Services may cease;
- connected functionality may cease;
- access to stored information may end;
- applicable data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy; and
- provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.
Without limiting the foregoing, provisions concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy obligations, downloaded information, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will continue after termination to the extent legally permitted.
57. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
Where mandatory local law provides greater protection than these Terms, the mandatory law applies to the extent required.
58. Changes to These Terms
FlashDroid may revise these Terms from time to time.
Changes may be made because of:
- changes to the Services;
- changes in applicable law;
- regulatory requirements;

Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
Where applicable law requires affirmative acceptance of revised Terms, we will request such acceptance.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
60. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with FlashDroid, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Contact:
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory right to contact a court, consumer-protection authority, privacy authority, regulator, or other competent authority.
Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
61. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
62. No Waiver
A failure or delay by FlashDroid in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
