The questions parents ask before paying

Is there a free trial?+

Payments are not switched on yet. While they are off, FlashDroid is free to install and pair, and we will announce pricing before anyone is charged. When paid plans start, existing families will be told first.

How do I cancel?+

From your account, in a tap. A plan renews at the end of its period until you cancel it, and cancelling stops the next renewal, not the time you have already paid for.

Do both parents need to pay?+

No. One account covers the family. The other parent joins the same account from their own phone and gets the same alerts and controls.

Which phones does it work on?+

Android for both the parent app and the child app today. The parent app comes from Google Play; the child app installs directly with a small wizard. iPhone is planned.

What about my child’s data?+

FlashDroid Kid is visible on their phone under its own name and consent is recorded at pairing. Captures are deleted after thirty days, location history after thirty days, and you can delete everything from your account at any time.

Are prices the same everywhere?+

Prices are shown in US dollars and may be converted by your app store or card provider at their rate. Local taxes are added where the law requires it.
